We have been educating Owners and Operators on the regulatory requirements of Third Party UST Inspections ever since they first became mandated by the Mass Dept of Fire Services. Having provided support with the initial UST compliance deadline, and later through the transition of authority from Mass DFS to MassDEP, we expanded our scope of expertise to include Steel Tank Institute, SP001 Inspections for Aboveground Storage Tanks.
As a Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Registered Professional Engineering Corporation (P.C.), we are also uniquely qualified to perform Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) Inspections in accordance with 502 CMR § 5.00. More specifically, we conduct annual AST inspections as required by the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services (Form FP-102).
